I’m an entrepreneur & corporate attorney
After franchising my own dogwalking company and selling through a profitable private equity exit, I went to law school specifically for business law. I’ve worked as both inside and outside general counsel for companies of all sizes.
When I’m not untangling contracts, you can find me teaching business law, leading an indoor cycling class, DJing at local gigs, or working as a makeup artist.
Work Experience
NASA
I worked with astronauts who were training on cardiovascular ultrasound equipment in ultra low gravity situations to understand how the heart responds in orbit.
DOGWALKING ENTREPRENUER
After a growing a successful local dogwalking company, I franchised it across the country. I served as the founding CEO of this Franchise 500 company for eight years.
PRIVATE PRACTICE & MEDIATION
I supported businesses of all sizes through legal framework and provided litigation support. I also provided mediation for small scale disputes.
IN-HOUSE COUNSEL
I was the go-to contact for an international tech start-up. Contracts, disputes, policies, and employment matters were all in my remit.
ADJUNCT PROFESSOR
Putting all my experience together I teach business law, contracts, and other related courses.
